"This is a truly wonderful coffee shop, the ladies running it so friendly and welcoming. We saw the reviews and thought we'd give them a try, we are from birchington, def worth the half an hour drive. Really nicely decorated inside you can tell they put their heart and soul into this place. We all had the full breakfast. Exceptional value, great quality products used. Beautifully cooked. The best breakfast I've had in ten years. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended.........bonus of decent size mugs of top quality coffee and tea"

"A wonderful little cafe. Everything we've had so far (Eggs Royale, cheese baked potato, ham & cheese panini) has been delicious. Service is friendly and efficient, there are only a few tables so come early. Just inside the front door is a lovely selection of delicious traditional cakes. Everything was reasonably priced. Looking forward to my next visit."

"Genuinely couldn’t praise this gem more if i tried. Popped in whilst my dog was at the vets and these wonderful women let me stay all day, chatted with me, made me feel seen, and even hotspotted me some wifi! Genuinely in awe of the wonderful people that run this place and so grateful to them to of been a safe space for me. Also, worth mentioning their vegan breakfast is insane!!! I was so pleasantly surprised by the love and care that they put into everything they do. If im ever around the area again, you can bet ill be back! What a gem!!! Felt like a home away from home."

"We visited for brunch last Saturday, first visit and we were really impressed. It was super busy, and we were lucky to get a table. We waited a while for our food as there was a mix up, however, we were not in a rush and the staff were amazing and very apologetic when they realised what had happened. Its their response to the genuine error that ensured we will definitely be coming back. They made us feel very welcome and our food, when it arrived, was incredible! I had eggs benedict, and my husband had a large full english breakfast (which was huge!). All very clearly home made and/or locally sourced and very tasty. We will most certainly be back because there is so much more we need to try! The cakes looked amazing!"

"Highly recommend: What a lovely little café. Relaxed atmosphere and decor, tasty breakfasts and will definitely return for lunch soon for some of their other fantastic home made lunch options which looks equally delicious. Their cakes are amazing.. I had to go back a second time for the gluten-free brownies and carrot cake. Friendly staff and convenient location for anybody passing through or living nearby that hasn't been in yet as it's newly opened."

"The food is delicious, well presented and really good quality. The ladies are friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended this beautiful cafe. I’m not a vegetarian but I do not eat pork sausages and they were more than happy to swap them for veggie ones"

"It is wonderful to see how this place has turned out. The decor and style is really nice, it is clean, tidy and charming inside. The food and and drink were really nice, we had a lovely cooked breakfast and breakfast baguette, both were very fairly priced and very tasty, good quality ingredients and well cooked. Tasty frappe and the cakes are all stunning as well. The staff were also brilliant, very friendly young girl on the till, and lovely treatment from the other lady who catered to the adjustments I made on my breakfast. Jo herself is very friendly and she clearly cares a lot about her business, she’s doing a brilliant job and she will make a great success of the place. We look forward to coming back."
